a wide range of training and management development
programs for employees at all levels. Our training
philosophy is to customize employee career paths
by striking a balance with each individual's
desires and development needs and his or her division's
mission. These objectives are determined through
the widespread use of a formal annual review
process.
SBM Site Services believes in recruiting and retaining the

training. We endeavor to develop leaders and

SBM’s training program
works to ensure that our associates are
well-trained and are able to retain and ultimately
apply training concepts associated with job
function, performance expectations, safety,
conduct & customer relations. Our training
process begins with the new employee orientation,
training and certification and continues throughout
the employee’s career with ongoing re-training
and re-certification. Training is conducted
weekly for ALL SBM Site Services associates.
