has approached Management Development by accessing
a number of different resources. Internally,
management summit meetings are held on a quarterly
basis and include opportunity in, outside
consultant training, site-to-site management
exchange of experiences, ideas, knowledge
and situational resolution examples. Externally
skill sets are developed through the exposure
to nationally sponsored seminars, lectures
and training presentations along with vendor
presentations and informational sessions .
