education/training, and positive reinforcement.
Continuous improvement in these key areas

and incident free. Specific initiatives are
sustained to ensure that safety management
systems are accurate, fully implemented, continuously
enforced, and effective.
Safety audits occur on a regularly scheduled,
ongoing basis. Employee involvement across
all levels of the organization is recognized
in project planning and delivery phases, incorporating
client and SBM safety as appropriate, through
employee driven safety committees, and by
thorough project management leadership at
project sites.
Our
corporate safety and third-party resources
validate “Safe Work” performance.
Safety related education and training programs
are ongoing (scheduled weekly), taking employee
knowledge and skill levels beyond mere competence
relative to employee tasks and risk exposure.
Believing that sustained safe performance
is mandatory, positive reinforcement is communicated
using leading edge measurement metrics for
objective input.
